Where Are Our Manners?

badmannersI found myself mulling this over when I read Divine Caroline’s article. I’ve also noticed how increasingly rude people have become in a population crammed place like The Bay Area. But, then again, I have come to take it as a facet of city living.  Caroline suggests we incorporate some basic manners into our everyday interactions with people like holding a door open, giving up a seat on public transportation, and saying “please, thank you, and you’re welcome”. Doesn’t seem to hard does it? Pay it forward. Link!
